I can get follower_count, but what about FOLLOWING count for twitter users? -

I can not find any explanation anywhere. The share of the value of a twitter account is as follows: follower ratio (at least this is correlated with high profile Twitter accounts) but I can not get the following count via API.

Do anyone know why? Or if I am missing something, where can I find information about this?
