windows - What should I know to build a framework like WPF? -

I want to make it clear: I'm not really building WPF Scratch.

But since I have seen the WPF, I wanted to be in the WPF team and wanted to create WPF. I know WPF quite well, but if you know WPF now, you can not make it.

WPF is built on DirectX and uses User32. I think the first book I need to read is that. Can you recommend me a few more books or resources or practices? I'm a student (which gives me a lot of time to invest in learning) and I'm ready to do anything if he can help me in programming Windows and, finally, May be found on the board. Again, I do not want to create WPF. I just want to know what to know to be able to make it.

I'm not sure it's a one-job ... you need a-team

On a serious note, WPF is a big and latest step in the development of Windows XP. MS has learned WinForms for WPF from its MFC journey. It is a bit unrealistic to estimate that you can do it all in a reasonable time frame ... unless you're just not good enough.

Update: Improvement - Sources Look Available Even then the issue of question has changed ... I believe that MS is using internally to develop a variety of development / third party tools ... it is not sure what you do
