php - Netbeans 6.9 uses 50-60% CPU -

Netbeans account for 50-60% CPU time and I am only setting NB for PHP and Y Framework.

My PC extension: Intel (R) Pentium (R) Dual CPU E2200 @ 2.20 GHz (2 CPU), 1526 MB RAM.

Should I upgrade my PC or is it the right way to resolve this problem?

Netbins file scans in the project folder When it starts, it can take some time, But then that CPU should not be used anymore.

Which OS and JVM are you using?
