What CSS frameworks have you found useful? -
My excessive frustration with CSS is the inability to work well in different browsers (and different versions of browsers - yes, I'm talking about you IE).
What CSS frameworks do people come and what are their specific advantages? I have heard about Object Oriented CSS Structure today, but I do not have the time to look into it anymore.
