How to deploy a castlerock monorail web application -

How can I get a release build (equivalent to published on an ASP.Net Web app), which is for a CatLock monorail web app. <<>

? I tried to publish but it only copies the bin and amp; Content folder and default .aspx, Global.asax, & amp; Web.Config files do not even copy it from the View folder.
